Spontaneous remission of haematologic malignancy is extremely rare. Spontaneous remission of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) has been associated with viral infection, immunization and new primary carcinoma. We report two cases of spontaneous regression of CLL, observed after 20 and 9 years from diagnosis. Spontaneous regression of CLL was documented by clinical and haematological data and was not associated with viral infection or secondary malignancy.
