Team members includ- ed Dr. Steve Libutti from the NIH and UC surgeons Dr. Steve Rudich (Director of Liver Transplantation) and Drs. Syed Ahmad and Jeffrey Sussman (Division of Surgical Oncology). The ubiquitous occurrence of hepatitis B has stimulated a W.H.O. global programme of control.
